California Publishes Revised Draft Regulations for Laboratory Accreditation

California’s Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) has released a third preliminary draft of their proposed regulations. Comments on the Draft Regulations text can be submitted to ELAP until 5pm on January 18^th, 2019.
