On July 30, 2013, EPA proposed the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Electronic Reporting Rule that would require electronic reporting instead of the current paper-based NPDES reports. As a result of comments received on the proposed rule, EPA is soliciting further comments by opening a new public comment period. (12/1/14; 79 FR 71066)
